Incepted in 1999 by the MS Group, in strategic partnership with the Golyan Group, DSL has made rapid strides, ever since. Today, the company is a leading manufacturer of international quality of Partially Oriented Yarn (POY), Polyester Texturised Yarn (PTY) and Knitted Fabrics.

With the total fixed investment of Nepalese Rs.1200 million DSL is among the top-rung private sector entities in Nepal and satiates the market demand for high quality products. Commitment and approach to the customer and product development since the beginning have laid the foundation of our success.

Dhanalaxmi Synthetic’s products are well sought in the domestic and global markets. Our customers have immense faith in us and this enables us to maintain consistent quality standards. Currently, we produce 40 MT/day of POY, Out of our daily production, 30 MT is converted to PTY, 5 MT to Knitted Fabric and the balance is sold.

A Research & Development division, which operates from a modern quality control cell, ensures quality standards. Our R & D laboratory has the latest equipment to test the Yarn, Fabric and POY as per the international quality standards. At DSL, we regard our 350 employees, as our precious assets.

Our product range comprises texturised yarn for weft and knitting; intermingled yarn for warping; bright yarn for knitting. In addition we also supply, crimped yarn, flat yarn and dope dyed yarn.
